HOUSE - Family room - sofa, chair, tv. All windows covered with 2 inch wood blinds. Main floor master bedroom has king bed, reclining chair, beautiful cherry wood bedroom suite, 32 inch TV and cathdral ceiling. Single car garage for storage of beach and sports equipment. Second floor has another master bedroom with two queens and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has queen bed. Bedroom 4 has double bed, but no window. Bathrooms total 3 full, 1 powder room.

All mattresses are pillow top with King bed being top of the line. House is cooled by a dual air conditioning unit with upper and lower thermostats. A spacious sceened porch houses large patio table and seating for 6 - 8. Parking is abundant with single car drivway and parking for 10 cars beside the building. You are welcome to borrow dvds, books magazines, games, sports equipment, beach chairs, cooler and pool toys.

BEACH - is a simple 3 minute drive past the beautiful beach homes. Beach is flat, wide, calmer. Public washrooms, showers, shuttle bus in summer.

POOLS - the Resort has 14 pools, and have privileges at 3. Clearwater Pool, massive North Tower Pool and Condo's Wedgewood pool.

Smoking - the home is a NON smoking environment and stictly enforced.

Pets - Sorry no pets.

Security - security patrols the resort in white trucks.
